Sei un’orfana e pure una Kin (in pratica un’umana), hai passato tutta la tua vita a lavorare nei terreni che i fae hanno concesso all’uomo che si Γ¨ sempre preso cura di te. Nel cercare di sopravvivere a questi cambiamenti folli della sua vita, Aelia dovrΓ  trovare tutta la forza e il coraggio che nasconde dentro di lei. In Crown Of Light And Shadows c’Γ¨ molto su cui riflettere, oltre alla riscoperta di se stessi e ciΓ² che siamo davvero in grado di fare, c’Γ¨ anche l’importanza dell’amicizia e della famiglia, anche quando non si tratta di quella di sangue… ma soprattutto, che piΓΉ impariamo e piΓΉ capiamo che non si finirΓ  mai, perchΓ© niente Γ¨ mai come sembra e c’Γ¨ sempre qualcosa nell’ombra, che si nasconde ed attende il suo momento.


L’apparenza inganna e spesso la fiducia viene tradita, anche da coloro che sembravano poter essere il nostro punto fermo. Ma cosa fare quando sono proprio loro a farci del male? A mentirci? Anche quando sono stati costretti?

You are an orphan and also a Kin (basically a human), you have spent your whole life working on the land that the fae granted to the man who has always taken care of you. You have always opposed this, but you also know that you can't do anything about it, the fae have the power. But that very day, in addition to what you feared, another fae also shows up at your door, one who claims to be a teacher at the Light Court Academy, and you will have to go with her because the Gods have chosen you and that, in part, you are a light fae.
